"Oh [Omraam] you who dwell in the immensity of creation, I love you, I understand you, I am in harmony with you." These words from The Path of Silence are a magic formula that connects your heart with mine. These words, uttered with sincerity and love, will open a channel between us that will engender a flow of wisdom from the Cosmic Source of Wisdom that I AM.

You have been trying too hard to establish a connection with that Source of Wisdom through thought, which, as you read last night, is not rapid or effective. But love gets right to the heart of the Spirit. See how easy it is? Love immediately cancels out ego and its discordant thoughts and feelings and replaces them with the harmony of communion. That's the answer to your question you placed under your pillow last night: "How can people live in harmony?"

Your wife answered that question in telling you the synchronistic story of the policeman who stripped himself of protective gear and joined his friend among the protesters. Yes, it takes courage to love, to let down your defenses and make yourself vulnerable to rejection. But to achieve harmony, to overcome the hatred and division of duality, you must let go of the armor of thoughts and beliefs that separate you from others and seek to understand with your heart. There is no greater way to achieve harmony between individuals or groups.

This is also the answer to your question from the night before last: How can you bring about change in others?" Again, you cannot change them with debating thoughts. That just pits ego against ego. Only love can change someone, but it must be in their timeframe. They will immediately feel your sincerity in their heart of hearts, even if their mind denies it. But it will take time for the seed of change you have planted to grow and blossom.

Sometimes, it also takes a look or a touch to touch someone's heart and effect change. Don't depend so much on words and logic alone. They can only do so much. The eyes, indeed, are the windows of the soul that let others see your divine Self. Your hands are magic wands that can bless other. Your mouth also is a magic wand. Use these three tools to work magic in your relationship, both human and Divine. Gaze upon the eyes of my image. Touch it tenderly and press it to your heart. And say the magic words.
