Be a Pure Spring of Higher Consciousness

There is a style of writing in which the author just lets loose and puts down on paper whatever is on their mind without stopping to first think about it, without preediting for organization or word choice, and without filtering out the negativity. If you've ever read William Faulkner, James Joyce, or Virginia Woolf, you know what I'm talking about. It's called stream of consciousness writing.

Some people engage in stream of consciousness speaking. They're like babbling brooks but not the kind you find pleasure in listening to. They say whatever is on their mind, which, most of the time, is ruminations about the past, one of the endless mental loops discussed in "CONTROL-ALT-DELETE to Reboot Your Mind" on April 30. Vocalizing ruminations just makes them deeper grooves.

Flows are a type of stream of consciousness speaking or writing in which the words flow effortlessly and automatically, but they're not the muddied ruminations of the ego. They consist of new thoughts or old thoughts seen in a new light coming from a pure, crystal clear stream of higher consciousness of your higher Self or an angel, master, or divinity with whom you establish communion. You attain this state of flow by first meditating, using the three pillars of clearing and rewiring taught at awarenessnow.com and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpEddc-IJl6113tM7hVg0_Q This settles the mud, the mundane thoughts and ruminations, and purifies your stream of consciousness. The first step is to focus on your breath, then focus on your body, then your environment. Be present in the moment. Be the watcher detached from your body and mind. Then guide your mind with the concepts of the three pillars: Acceptance, Wholeness, and Oneness to reach a state of Unity Consciousness from which you can rewire your brain. After a while, you can also give flows, either verbally or in writing, of pure consciousness, unsullied by your ego. However, some particles of mud from your ego may get in the flow. But you'll know when that happens.

Outside of your daily meditations, be mindful of what you say. Don't verbalize your ruminations. Think before you speak and be still before you think so that your thoughts and words are pure, inspired, and inspiring, full of wisdom, humor, and love. In this way, your words will be like a refreshing spring of pure water that will quench the thirst of those who have been wandering in the desert of banality.

This image of the spring fount with hands is taken from the Journey With Omraam blog at https://with-omraam.com/blog/be-like-the-rila-spring-part-5-7/ which has the following words from Omraam: "We must create a link through prayer and thought to the heavenly fountainhead, God, who made us in his image. And then, one day, a spring will bubble up and manifest as purity in our heart and as light in our mind..."
