Attracting Beings of Light

Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, in "Looking into the Invisible" said, "Every time you experience a great joy, throngs of winged creatures come to you, laden with gifts of light and wreathing trails of scintillating colours and delicious perfumes as they sing and dance around you." He then goes on to describe the negative entities that "prick and claw at you" when you're upset. But he has not revealed the whole truth. As Gurdjieff wrote in "All and Everything," these entities come to feed on us. The angels and elementals are attracted by the scintillating colors and deleicious perfumes that we emit when we feel joy, peace, and love just as demons and imps are attracted to the darkness and stench of our fear and hatred and feed on them.

Thus, humans are not at the top of the food chain. Higher beings of light feed on us, we feed on animals, animals feed on plants, and plants feed on minerals. However, we have a symbiotic relationship with the entities of light. It is a mutually beneficial relationship. They feed on our positive emotions, and their presence protects and strengthens us. They also give us wisdom just as they are now assisting in this flow.

They are like moths attracted to a flame or butterfies attracted to a flower, gathering the nectar of your positive feelings and, in the process, cross-pollinating your consciousness with the particles of divinity so that you may bear the fruit of a lifetime of spiritual work.

Music plays an important role in the attraction of light beings. That's why before giving a dictation or heartstream from ascended masters or angels, some messengers would play stirring classical music, orchestral or choral, that would evoke positive emotions among the congregation that would attract the beings of light who would assist them in giving the message.

Other things that attract beings of light are flowers, fruit, incense, and scented candles. These are used in the puja ritual along with the puja song when someone is initiated into TM because the entities help the initiate have a profound experience with their first initiation. Some initiates were clairvoyant and could see these entities and tiny balls of light. But the primary attractant is positive emotions.
